Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
You can use this for baking any kind of meat basically. My main suggestion is to put it on a wire rack over a pan covered with foil, turn throughout cooking process (about 2-4 times) until all areas are browned, and it is perfect-just like fried chicken without all the oil. I have used this to make chicken strips and most recently with drumsticks. Excellent.

Super Fast and Easy Chicken a la King

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
Okay, this is great! I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving (soooo good) and substituted broccoli for the veggies and cream of chicken for the soup-I do not like mushrooms. It was so good that I will make it again and again and again!

Very mushy...the first bite was okay, the second bite made me full. I will not make this again.

Carrot Cake III

If I could give this one 6 stars I would! It is EXCELLENT...my husband is a firefighter and the guys love it when I bring this down for them to snack on. The only thing I do different is I add about 1/8 cup syrup (whatever kind I have) to the batter and blend it up prior to putting it in the dish-an idea from another recipe. I also add about 1.5 tbsp to the frosting. Makes it earn that extra star. I have made this a few times-to die for!

Lemon Dreams

My son loved them (has a sweet tooth) and my daughter spit them out. They looked just like this photo too. The upside-they were easy, the down, were not very good. I would not make them again. Too much of a flour flavor, not enough sweet.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
This soup is really good. I would suggest keeping bacon bits on hand for the leftovers. Also, if you mix about 1/4 cup shredded cheese into the soup mixture for the last five minutes, fantabulous! My 2 and 4 year old toddlers loved it...they are my harshest critics. I would make it again-very easy too. (By the way, cut the potatoes into cubes and heat in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, add them, and them mash them a little in the mixture-tastes great that way.)
