Roast Chicken with Rosemary
I used dried rosemary, lemon juice that comes in a bottle, minced garlic in a bottle. I put rosemary, fresh sea salt, fresh pepper, olive oil and garlic on top of chicken. I put lemon juice, onion powder, rosemary and butter on the inside. I made sure to cover the chicken for most of the baking. Last minute I broiled the chicken to get the crispy skin. Don't fret about not using fresh ingredients because the chicken comes out just as good, I'm sure.

Cioppino
I give this dish 4 stars. I'll tell you why. It tastes too much like another soup that I love which is called Jackie's Sausage Soup. Obviously this dish is traditional so I'm guessing "Jackie" came up with hers after, however, after trying this dish second, I would suggest adding flour to the water before pouring so that the broth is thicker. I think that would have helped quite a bit.
