German Lasagna
Great recipe - recommend you at least try it. Definitely make sure the sauerkraut is well drained.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
I was cautiously optimistic about this. My family loves Blue Cheese Burgers so I tohught we will tried it. It was great! I will definitly make this again. I did use 1% milk since I did not have half and half or cream. We did not missed any richness in the sauce.

Norwegian Sour Cream and Raisin Pie
Best Pie! We have had this every Holiday season since I was a little girl. It is now asked for all year round by my friends who have had it.
