Roast Beef Pasta Salad
This was a great recipe. When I first read the recipe, I thought it sounded odd with the broth in the sauce, but it was delicious. I used beef broth because I did not have any cubes in the pantry. My husband even ate this. I will definitely make this again with leftover roast.
