Mother of two young children. Work FT in the healthcare field, so easy, no-fuss meals are my favorites. My husband married me for my calzone's and meat loaf. I also make deeeelic carmel brownies, just ask my friends. Sunday dinner's. Just getting everyone together over some yummy food and enjoying each other's company. Calzone's - either sausage or pepperoni or both. Simple meat loaf and pot roast... yum. The above mentioned Calzone's took a deadly turn when I accidentally cracked the jar of marinara sauce, decided there was no harm done and served the dinner as my love chomped down on bits of glass from the jar and even spit out a chunk of glass! Needless to say we scrapped that dinner and ordered out.
