It was a hit!! I didnt have the dry onion mix so I cut up some onions and added my own seasonings and it still turned out perfect!! When it was done, I took the meat out, carved it, added cornstarch to the gravy to thicken it a little then poured some of it over the meat! OMG!! It was so good, served with mashed potatoes with some of the gravy and your in heaven!! There was none left!! I do have some gravy left over which I"m going to smother some pork chops with it. Yummy!!
