awesome and so easy I baked it at 350 for about i hour without the skin on and then threw it on the grill to caramelize it is better than my favorite Chicken Teriyaki restaurant serve with sticky rice so stinkin good

Apple Carrot Muffins

so good I've played around with the amounts of carrot and apple as long as its the same measure total it works I've also repalced the fresh apple with dries so good:)

Shortcut Potato Onion Perogies

so good and easy I made the dough in the food processor and I made my own filling with butter garlic onion soft cheese and half and half boiled and sauteed in butter my kids loved them said they were way better than store bought next time I'll double the dough and freeze a batch
