I am a stay at home mom of 6 children. I have loved to cook since a young age. I remember before I even had started kindergarten that I would mix various ingredients in my mom's kitchen (much toher dismay) thinking I had made something wonderful. :) With a large family it has been a blessing that I enjoy being in the kitchen. All my kids enjoy helping me in the kitchen and even want to make their own creations. I am hoping I pass on my kitchen creativity to them. I really don't know what to choose. I would say baking desserts or main dishes. We love making extra large chocolate chip cookies and buttercream frosting and decorating them with candies for Santa. We love making snack foods for New Years and Super Bowl. We love cooking on the grill during the summer and having friends over. I love making special cakes for the kids birthdays. There are a lot, thanks to all the wonderful cooks who leave reviews on allrecipes. Without them I would probably still be lost in the kitchen. There are a lot! ;) I consider my tragedies as triumphs as well. I learn what went wrong and play around with a recipe until I get it right.
