Stuffed Green Peppers I
This is very easy to make and has turned out well for me every time I have made it. This was great especially when I was just getting started with cooking. I substituted lean ground turkey for the ground beef and was just as good.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip
I have made this dip 3 times now and it is always delicious! In place of heavy cream I used some cream cheese and mayo. This is always a hit and is great for football season.

Slow Cooker Wieners in Wiener BBQ Sauce
I made this for a party and it was definitely the hit of the night. I was nervous about the jelly but it turned out great. I followed the advice of another reviewer and added a bit of garlic powder to the crock pot. Great recipe.
