lets see. I'm a domestic Partner, who now cooks mainly for friends and significant other. I've been cooking in the service industry for three years before i joined the NAVY and was trained professionally. Stayed in the service industry for 10years after military, now i just do it at home to impress the loved ones. I'm a Gamer and a LARPer. If its a game i'm willing to try it. I prefer the Live action and Video versions, but i'm down for anything ONCE! :) LOBSTER!!! Fried Turkey!!! anything in a slow cooker. (i'm really kinda lazy) Getting lobster tails and tbones for a squad of marines in Africa probably isn't a "cooking" triumphs...but those jarheads will say otherwise. :) i'm still only 31, but i have figured out how to Fry a Turkey perfectly. Moist tender...and good for a week of leftovers. This from a Maine born and raised Yankee. Frying aint a "northern" thing....
