German Apple Cake I
Wow, this cake is really great. I baked half of the batter in a small cake pan and the other half as 12 cupcakes, both gave good results! We cannot stop eating it; it's so good. I did lower the oil to around 3/4 cup.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Great recipe! Delicious cookies and so easy to work with =D Since I live in a hot climate, I kept the dough in the fridge and took it out by pieces as I worked.

Chewy Crispy Coconut Cookies
