I've been married for 18 years, we have twin boys who are 16 and a daughter who is 14. When a recipes states "serves 5" it translates to "serves 1" in our household. I work full time as a pharmacy technician. I cook alot of pasta! It is quick, semi-healthy, and inexpensive. I enjoy baking when it's cooler outside, but I am always the one who eats most of it. I grew up eating alot of meat, potatoes, and canned vegetables. I think I make a pretty good chili. I have only had to throw one dinner away. It was an asian stir-fry with peanut butter in the sauce. It was costly for us, so I tend to not be too adventurious.
