Tanya's Snickerdoodles
This was an excellent recipe. I added a little cinnamon to the batter, but also found that I need to add more flour next time. The dough was very sticky and soft even after refrigerating it for a couple of hours.

Self-Filled Cupcakes II
These turned out really well and make a big batch. I ended up having to make a double batch of the cream cheese filling to cover all the cupcakes.

Memorable Biscotti
Great recipe, my husband can't get enough. I found that I have to bake the dough a lot longer than recommended. I bake it for an hour for the first baking, then ten minutes on each side at 350 degrees once the cookies have been cut. This provides for a lot crispier biscotti, perfect for hot chocolate.
