BAKER'S Chocolate-Peppermint Bark
This is so, so easy and a good recipe to get kids involved. My 8 year old son unwrapped all the peppermint and chocolate squares, and then used a rolling pin to smash the candies (which were safely inside a ziploc baggie). The way I did it was to remove all the bigger pieces of candy and set aside. Then I melted the chocolate in a bowl and then stirred the candy "dust" in and spread that on a cookie sheet. I sprinkled all those larger pieces reserved earlier on top. This is a FAST, EASY recipe to take to work or give as gifts and it's super-yummy too!

Cookie Balls
My whole family makes these over the holidays using both the white bark and the chocolate bark. Tips: 1. If you have a fondue warming pot it will make the bark stay warm and dippable. 2. Try the recipe with the different holiday flavors of Oreo's. My family likes the peanut butter filled and the mint filled. YUM!!!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Loved this recipe. Used store-bought crust so it was super-easy. Added vanilla and cinnamon like other reviewers. Turned out great. Only changes I'll make next time are to slice apples into thin slices instead of chunks. Otherwise, definitely let this stand after cooking. I baked mine for about 45 minutes and was scared when I pulled it out because it seemed runny. After a standing it definitely thickened up and was perfect.
