Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Fried Basil
This was an easy and excellent dish to make. The basil only needs to fry for a minute or two--don't leave it in longer or it will be gross. At the very end, I removed the chicken and tomatoes and added a chickenbroth/cornstarch mixture to the sauce to thicken it slightly. I also am not a huge thyme fan, so I will probably substitute with basil or oregan next time I make it. And I will definitely make it again.
