Amazing Chicken
I liked this recipes a lot. I did cut the chicken into small pieces, so my kids would be more willing to taste it. They loved it, I used the olive oil mayo to reduce the calories and added some personal spices to the bread crumbs becasue we like things with a kick and added parmesian cheese, Thanks.

Butternut Squash Soup
I love this recipe, especially since I am one of those who loves soups!! It may be a little time consuming for some, but its worth it.

I enjoyed making this recipe, I did add some hominy when I added the potatoes, I didn't use cassava because I used what I had on hand. Also, when making the tomato sauce I threw in some spicy peppers to give it a little kick, it was worth it. Will prob. make again. Thanks.
