I usually only cook low fat and healthy meals, and this is a terrific place to find inspiration. I also love the cookbooks by Greta and Janet Podleski. Genius!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
This is the best and EASIEST cake I've ever made, and eveyone I have made it for asks for the recipes. Tastes the best with homemade whipping cream. I also add extra cocoa.

Scalloped Potatoes 'n' Franks
This was only okay, it really just tasted like okay potatoes with weiners sandwiched in between.

Spinach Quiche
