White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
oh WOW!! this tasted like it came from a restaurant! and it took forever, too! it was probably the most labor intensive dish i've made in a long time. but the sauce was absolutely awesome!! i followed the advice about cooking the chicken in bacon grease and sprinkling the bacon over the spinach. i think that gave it something i would've missed otherwise! i also don't care for spinach, so i only used 1 package - plenty! i'm giving this 5 stars as is because the changes made it worth 10!

Mushroom Salisbury Steak
the only time i'd ever had salisbury steak before was either at a cafeteria or frozen meals. this was awesome! the only things i changed were i used less worcestershire (3 tbsp. - it was to heavy the first time i tried it), and i used italian style dry bread crumbs because that's what i had. oh! - and i also used 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms.

Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping
very very pretty. not overwhelming in flavor, though. i used cheese tortellini (YUM!). they made great leftovers for lunch the next day!
