White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
oh WOW!! this tasted like it came from a restaurant! and it took forever, too!
it was probably the most labor intensive dish i've made in a long time. but the sauce was absolutely awesome!!
i followed the advice about cooking the chicken in bacon grease and sprinkling the bacon over the spinach. i think that gave it something i would've missed otherwise! i also don't care for spinach, so i only used 1 package - plenty! i'm giving this 5 stars as is because the changes made it worth 10!
