Best Ever Meatloaf II
This was pretty tasty. But I prefer the Italian meatloaf in W&S: Food Made Fast: Simple Suppers

Ratatouille
This was really really good. I made it in a glass loaf pan (1.5qt) and my husband and I ate half and then froze the other half. I decided not to alter the recipe at all, just to see how it was as written, and I enjoyed it that way. :) A make-again for sure!
