Boy, this was an expensive dinner not to like. I used rib-eyes and just the meat alone was $30 - plus the port wine and cheese, and sides. I thought this was just "ok". I guess we're more of a southern eatin family. The blue cheese was a nice touch, but not something I'd add to my rib-eyes again. The port-wine sauce was not what my taste buds were looking for, I didn't care for it all and ended up pushing it off my steak.
Plus, I just didn't care for broiling the steaks, not the flavor I'm use to I guess.
Ah well, point for trying it out but I prefer my steaks grilled with a little seasoning and that's it.
