After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

It was good, I don't think I'll make it again though. I am more of a fan of brothy soups, if you like creamy soups then this is for you! It definitely made a lot!

Steak Tip Marinade

This was sooo good! I used it on some fast fry steak that was VERY thin. I was only able to marinade it for 3 hours, and it was still delicious! I didn't have, nor have I heard of garlic pepper, so I used minced garlic/ground pepper like another person said. My husband and I are not big red meat eaters, but we could have eaten more easily!!!!

Churros

This was sooo good! Tastes exactly like a churro you'd get at a carnival but the texture is different, thicker, but still good! I popped two zip loc bags, and one wilton pastry bag (but was still useable) We just squirted the dough into coiled squiggles in the deepfryer then just broke pieces off. :) We ate the whole batch...will be making these again for sure!!

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was alright, but I ended up with a really soupy like gravy. I had to add some Garlic Powder to it to give it some flavor. The Roast was sure tender though.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

My Muffin's didn't turn out very well, but it has nothing to do with the recipe. I used big frozen blueberries. They were like giant balls of cold liquid when you bit into the muffin. Definitely use fresh if you have them! I had also followed someones review to add more blueberries...I would leave it the way it is. There were so many berries in my muffin it took away from the delicious cakey muffin part! I will definitely make these again, using the standard 1 cup of berries, also depending on the sweetness of berry I will also add some more sugar if I feel the berry needs it!!!

Chinese Fried Noodles

This was so tasty! I used 4 packs of the noodles (Itchiban as we don't have ramen brand here) it was just enough for 3 people! I added some broccoli, pork and peas as well.

Chicken Enchiladas V

This was good, but I agree with others was bland,I had to eat it with Salsa...next time I will use the Taco seasoning instead of the Chili Powder like someone recommended and I will add JalapeƱo Cheddar for some kick. It definitely needs a bit more flavor! But is a great base to build on!

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

I am a novice Cinnamon Bun Maker, but these actually turned out quite well! They were light and fluffy instead of hard pucks like my last batch (Cinnabons Recipe) The caramel bottom was sooo good! Made the Cream Cheese Icing from the Clone of a Cinnabon Recipe and oh my...so good! The only thing that was wrong with this recipe was user error...my bottom was soggy but the top was over browned. Still good though!

Chicken Pot Pie I

This was soooooooooo yummy! Such an easy and quick meal to make! I took the advice from someone else and put in a can of Mushroom Soup and also used fresh veggies! I can't get enough! Would be better in individual pie shells as the big one it all collapses. :)

Country White Bread

The bread smelled sooo good, and the recipe was easy enough to follow. I wouldn't make this bread again though, it may have been user error, but It didn't taste like bread to me, I could taste the flour and yeast.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This was soooo good! I followed the advice of others and drained the sauce about 1 hour before serving and shredded the chicken, then added a fresh batch of sauce (but only about 1/2) and mixed together and cooked then left on warming for the last hour. It was so tender and delicious. Will definitely be making this again! I'm excited to try pork!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

This was the best Meatloaf I've ever tasted, I even had the left overs as a snack! I made the glaze to go on it as well that someone else posted but I found it was to much, it was more like a sauce all over it. I will definetly make it again, and only use half the glaze on top and omit the Onion Soup Mix, because I don't like Onions!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

I thought it was great, I am not a pro cook or anything and I found the recipe easy to follow and make! the Cheesecake turned out perfectly! I followed the tips that someone else posted about making the crust AFTER the filling so that it has time to chill. I didn't find that it helped the swirling at all, you couldn't tell it was marbled at all. I am definetly making again, the only thing I will do differently is make twice the crust, I didn't have enough to go up the sides, and I like it thick anyway. Everyone liked it at Thanksgiving dinner tho!
