I use this recipe for every kind of cheesecake. Sometimes Ill add something to it like pumpkin or chocolate, or slit the batter and create layers. I use 2 tbsp flour like others. I make a crust using cake mix (omit one cup,add 1 egg,1 cup oil and cook 10 min on 300). You cant add too much vanilla!

This is how my mom used to make squash when we were little and I was so excited to learn exactly what kind of squash and what to do. I added cinnamon, and a little honey would have been good. Delicious!
