Yum, yum!! Could have done with a few more cranberries, but I think that's just my personal taste. Thought this wouldn't turn out as the batter was soo thick (think cookie dough thick) but I managed to get it all into the pan and it took 1hr20mins to bake. Smells heaven while baking and cooling. Make sure you let it cool completely before cutting to make it easier. Didn't bother with the glaze as it's sooo yummy on it's own.
