I love this recipe. I like to add a bit of milk with the pudding mix before adding it to the sour cream and whipped topping, but that's just me.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

Divine. I add the entire packet of taco seasoning and roast for 7 hours. I serve it with warmed tortillas and pico de gallo. My entire family loves it. My mother made this in her crock pot and my kids didn't like it near as well as oven roasted.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

With Chicken Breast! I am not a fan of dark meat chicken, but this is fabulous with the chicken breast. I make extra to add to stir fried broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and baby corn and serve over steamed rice. It is wonderful.

My entire family loves this recipe so much that I double it and store the second dish in the refrigerator to be eaten for lunches during the week. It is ALWAYS eaten.

Quick Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

DON'T make these cookies unless you are prepared to make them again, and again, and again. I made them for the first time, Christmas Eve dinner a couple of years ago and now I HAVE to make them for EVERY get together! I didn't make them last Thanksgiving, I took some delicious chocolate cookies that were a HIT, but as many compliments I received I had as many comments on how they had been looking forward to the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies and wished I brought them as well. I even have requests to bring them for birthday parties!

Watergate Salad

I haven't had Watergate Salad for 20 years! I remembered it, but had never prepared it myself (I was surprised there was no milk added), but this tasted just like I remembered! YUMMY!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

YUM! Recipe followed as-is is wonderful. Additions of your favorites are great for changing it up a bit. My husband loves to add jalapeno peppers whereas I prefer a bit of crushed red pepper.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wow! These cookies are amazing! There are 7 in my household and when I asked my family to rate these cookies on a scale from 1 to 5, the ALL said "6!" Just follow the recipe exactly and you will be a happy camper!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

***WARNING***HIGHLY**ADDICTIVE***YUM*** I tweaked the recipe a bit as the others have suggested. I doubled the batch (we are having company) and I used 2 eggs, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 cups of peanut butter. I mixed the recipe until it became thick and baked in a 350 degree oven on the top rack for 8 minutes. I let cool on the pan for about 2 minutes, then transferred to wire rack to finish cooling. I ate three during transfer and am doing my best not to go grab some more!

Peach Cobbler

This is a fantastic recipe and easy! I have tried this recipe with peaches, blackberries and apples (with a little brown sugar and cinnamon) and it is scrumptious with whatever fruit I choose! A coworker of my husbands is even offering to pay me to make a pan for him, but my husband says if I make it, HE is eating it. :) Maybe a gift for Christmas. . .
