Banana Crumb Muffins
Super tasty, got lots of compliments! I always use whole wheat flour. The only other change was 1/2c brown + 1/4 white sugars instead of all white sugar. I will add this to my yum rotation!

Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins
These were really quite tasty. I had trouble with the cream cheese in the middle. When I dropped the muffin batter on top of it, it just kind of squished and flattened out. I was thinking it was going to be more like a puff of cream in the middle, like a cream filled cupcake. The muffins were still yummy.

Pumpkin Muffins II
These muffins are absolutely delicious!!! I've never been good at following directions, so I mixed everything together in 1 bowl with no problems. I used canned pumpkin and whole wheat flour. I was able to make a dozen big muffins. These were a big hit with everyone I shared them with. To sum it up in one word, YUM!
