Healthy Banana Cookies
My friend calls these "cancer patient cookies" hahaahaha. Apparently she feels like she's eating hospital food. eh. The bananas I used were not very ripe, so the overall cookie was not sweet at all. I made another batch with some brown sugar and pecans. I would suggest adding some kind of nuts in these cookies because they ARE rubbery and you might appreciate the crunch. I also replaced the oil with apple sauce. I didn't mind though, I felt healthy eating these and didn't feel bad about grabbing 4 cookies. It's just a nice snack to have around without feeling bad (you actually feel pretty good for making such a healthy choice!) just don't expect a normal cookie.. haha. Add some stevia or honey in there to make it sweet if you want to!

Lance's French Onion Soup
I didn't follow it to the T - I didn't heat the broth on a separate pan, I just poured it right in. I also used butter instead of vegetable oil because that's what I had in hand. I used a normal drinking white wine that I had from my friends hanging out at my place. To be honest, I haven't had french onion soup for about 5 years I don't really remember what it's suppose to taste like. I was happy with what I got though! I didn't do the topping part, I just got bread and dipped it (cheese and butter was spread on the toasted wheat bread) like I used to back at a restaurant I used to goto. It was still really good. I'm glad I found another use for my wine!

Roasted Vegetable and Grilled Gruyere Sandwich
I agree with the previous reviewer, the time did seem off. I just made one serving but I think 12 minutes of the veggies in the oven would burn it (It took me around 7 minutes). It was really delicious however. I did make a change and used American cheese because I had alot of them in my fridge although I had some swiss cheese spread... Next time I'll try it with the swiss. I also made my own semi italian dressing using a recipe on this site Creamy Italian Dressing I)although I didn't have all the ingredients for this dressing (garlic salt, onion) the sandwich was really tasty none the less. And I actually used a roman meal bread because that's what I bought before! I ate it with a large portion of salad. It was really delicious, I'll make it again with some variations just because I like experimenting.
