OMG! This was sooo good. I just had my whole family over for lunch and wanted to put together a simple easy dessert, but the results appeared as if I slaved over it! Everybody was raving about this. I took one of the reviewer's advice to reduce the amount of eggs to 3 instead. I doubled the entire receipe and put in a 13 x 8 pan, and it was awesome. Thanks Ellen Marie!!!

This was incredibly easy and delicious! I fed about 25 people today using this recipe times 6. I used fresh garlic instead of powder and included romano with the parmasean. I also used cream instead of milk. It was nice and creamy and extremely flavorful. I did a dash of nutmeg like others suggested. After I poured the sauce over the pasta I toped with chopped tomatoes, green onions and grilled chicken breasts. Very acctractive and mmmmmm!..... People were raving about the sauce! Highly recommend this recipe for those who want to serve a LOT of people and are on a budget and who want many COMPLIMENTS.

WOW! Definite comfort food. Absolutely delicious. I too fried my patties like others did instead of microwave. That was the only thing I did different. Everything else needs to stay the same!!! Sauce was perfect, delicious and plentiful. Served it with homemade mashed potatoes and green beans and it was a serious hit.
