Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
We were not crazy about this on the Mahi Mahi, and in fact didn't use the extra sauce at all because it was too overpowering, yet the fish was too strong also. But we tried the sauce with chicken and it was great! Will use this again with chicken probably, and maybe through in some grilled pineapple, too.
