Big Soft Sugar Cookie Cakes
This is not what I was looking for. When I think of cakey cookies, I think of dense, soft, cookies that feel more like cookie than cake. These cookies are definitely cakey. They are basically cakes you can hold in your hand and eat - and a tadbit biscuity. I do recommend adding vanilla, or the batter will be kind of bland. They taste ok. I only ended up making 1 round of cookies. I added milk, sugar, and berries to the rest of the batter to make a bread, and it's baking now.

Raspberry Banana Bread
MMMM. Delish. I did change the recipe a little, only because I'm trying to make healthier dishes for my boyfriend. He loves sweets (and he liked this one, too.) I used only 1 and 1/4 cup sugar, and I substituted 1/2 cup wheat flour and 1/4 cup oatmeal for the 3/4 c. all purpose flour. I also added an extra 1/4 cup blueberries, a teaspoon vanilla, and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon (for a little kick). Very moist and smells so yummy.
