Brandied Shrimp with Pasta
Letting the sauce sit for a little will allow it to thicken sufficiently. Followed the recipe to the letter, and it came out beautifully. And to echo another reviewer, don't be intimidated by the lighting of the brandy... it was much less fiery and difficult than I'd imagined.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce
I used low-sodium broth, and so as I was warned, the dish was underseasoned. But it was nothing that salt and pepper couldn't remedy with the dish. Tasty recipe.
