Butterfinger Cookies

Reviewed: May 29, 2009
These are amazing!! Use only one egg. Dont be wasteful. They taste great. And I used a heaping 1/2 tsp of baking soda.(prob about 3/4 tbs) I've made them twice this week and they only last about a day. I didn't have as many butterfingers as I thought. So I added resses and white chocolate chips. Then the second time I used only peanut butter cups, mini m+m's and white chocolate chips. They were sooo good. Its a great base peanut butter cookie and add what ever you want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Key Lime Pie VIII

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
So easy and Delicious. I used lemon pudding rather than vanilla pudding. I used 3 regular limes(not key limes) and 1 lemon. And used half the amount of cool whip called for. I kept everything else the same. The result was a thick and lite Lime Pie. I made it for dessert and my family of 4 adults ate the whole thing that night. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Sooo good. Don't cook them to long. I did and they were very crisp. But they were still delicious. I also refrigerated the dough before baking. I made two logs of dough. Then just sliced them and they came out perfect!!!

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
I used store brand oreo cookies. They were better because they didn't have as much cream filling as real oreos. I also used store brand chocolate chip cookies. Ground them in the food processor. Dipped them in Wilton's dark chocolate, and drizzled them with white chocolate. Brought them to a baby shower and they were gone before i could even have one.

Very good. Just cut the pretzels into 2 inch pieces instead of trying to form a pretzel shape. Will definitely make in the future!

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2008
I loved this and it was so easy. The only problem I had was that it took almost an hour to cook. I used an 8x8 clear glass baking dish. The cinnamon topping was a little bit to crunchy because the long bake time. Next time I make this I will put on the cinnamon topping half way through the cook time. Other then that it was great. I made it last night and when I got home from work tonight there was only one small peice left, which I ate.

This was really good. But I could tell it was from a box. I usually make all cakes from scratch, but I needed dessert in a hurry. Very good, will make again.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2008
Really good! The first time I made them they came out awful. I used room temp butter I think that's why. The second time I used Cold butter and they came out great. It was my first time making scones. I thought they were very dry, and theese were very moist. I made 2 different kinds blueberries, and choc. chip. They were great. I was going to make a glaze but they were fine with out it.
