Best Steak Marinade in Existence

The name of this recipe is spot-on! I've tried many different marinades through the years, this one gets raves every time. Definitely the best I've ever tried, bar none!

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

Guess what? I didn't have time to marinate, but thought I'd go for it anyway. This was delicious, even without the marinating. The cayenne peppper added a wonderful slight zing.

Sexy Shrimp Scampi

5 stars because it passed my 3 major tests: is it simple/easy to prepare? Yes. Is it delicious? Yes. Do my kids love it? Yes. Toss it over some pasta, and presto you are done. : )

Herb Butter

Yummy!! I made this for our fourth of July celebration, and we used it on fresh corn on the cob, as well as on dinner rolls. Everyone raved. Thumbs up and a definite keeper!

Easy is right, and a real hit with the kiddos! Seconds were served all around. I used wagon wheel pasta, a pound like the recipe called for, but found it was way too much, so I only used about half of what I cooked. Also, I didn't have stewed tomatoes, so I just threw in a can of diced tomatoes, and it worked just fine. Thumbs up from my family!

Baked Salmon II

This was delightful! I am not even a seafood fan, but for some reason had some frozen salmon fillets on hand; the flavors mingled perfectly. Served it with brown rice and brussels sprouts for a healthy, tasty dinner.

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops.

Easy! Fast! Yummy! What more could I ask for? Well, how about the fact that it is fool-proof? Now that I found this recipe I will never again have to eat pork chops with the consistency of shoe leather!

Lentil Soup III

Delicious, filling, and best of all: EASY! I love soups of all kinds, but I'm not necessarily a lentil kind of person....However, this really won me over! Definitely a keeper.

Chicken Risotto

This was a hit with my whole family, kids included! I was nervous that my rice would turn out "crunchy" (based on some of the reviews), but it was perfect-o. I did change it to 3 cups of broth, as others advised. Other than that, I didn't change it, and it was delicious. Will definitely make this a regular on our dinner table.
