Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup
Taking the advice of other reviews, I doubled the cumin, but later found that the flavor of it was far too strong and over powered everything else. The texture was chunky. Next time I would not use as much cumin and I would puree half the soup ti improve the mouth-feel.
