Classic Bran Muffins
These are fantastic! I make a batch every week following the recipe exactly as written, except for the raisins. I use different types of frozen fruit or nuts to add some variety. Yum!

Red Lentil Curry
This was okay. I don't think I'll make it again. Choosing the right curry paste would probably really help this recipe.

Chickpea Curry
I had to throw this out. I made the recipe exactly as the recipe says, and it was awful. It tasted flat and did not have the high amplitude flavor that I enjoy in a curry.
