Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was wonderful! I made some slight changes though. I used 1 and a half cups of white sugar, and one cup of dark brown sugar, one tablespoon of vanilla, half a cup of safflower oil, half a cup of melted butter, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp of ground cloves. I also made these in a muffin pan, topped them with cinnamon sugar, and baked at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Everything else from the recipe was precise. Absolutely wonderful!

Roasted Soda Can Chicken
This chicken was bland at best, even when eaten with the skin. The meat came out moist, so luckily we can use the leftover meat for other applications.
