Im 30 y/o I spent 2 and a half years in Ireland and was able to travel a good portion of europe. In doing so I have picked up quite a few baking and cooking tequniques and now I am able to combine that with my recipes from america in my new coffee house and bakery. I love Irish cakes and breads, buttercream cakes, danish, jewish pastries. Every year at thanksgiving we try to make something tradional from our heritage line that traces back to Ireand and the UK. Ohhhhh there are so many when you try French desserts for the first time, especially when the book is in French LOL.
