Carrot Cake III
This carrot cake is wonderful. Follow gneebeanie's list and it will turn out perfect. However, I did use walnuts instead of pecans. I baked in two 9" cake pans for about 30-40 minutes. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to make another one.
