Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
This is a great recipe. I did add a little more cinnamon because I like cinnamon on apples. I'm a beginner at cooking but it tastes just like an expert baker made the pie. Thanks for the recipe.

Carrot Cake III
This carrot cake is wonderful. Follow gneebeanie's list and it will turn out perfect. However, I did use walnuts instead of pecans. I baked in two 9" cake pans for about 30-40 minutes. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to make another one.

Easy Chicken Salad
i made this for a quick dinner tonight and it was delicious. i added celery salt like one of the users suggested. this is definitely a keeper. thanks
