Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
SO good! Very reminiscent of a certain restaurant... I substituted the roasted garlic for jarred chopped garlic because I didn't want to take the extra time (I was hungry!). It was still very good but I think with the roasted garlic, it would be perfection! I also used about half the can of artichokes because I'm not a huge fan. Chopping them up very small is the way to go.

Pumpkin Fudge
I had the opposite problem from many of the reviewers - mine was as hard as a rock. I used a candy thermometer and boiled it to soft ball stage (235 degrees), which took 28 minutes instead of 18. So I can't give the recipe 1 star because if I had followed the recipe exactly instead of reviewers' suggestions, it might have turned out better. As it is though, it's inedible.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Tasted great and quick to make! I think I like this better than "traditional" recipes I've tried. I used light cream cheese and 2% milk. Could have cut down the butter to make it a bit healthier. Also reheated well the next day.
