Chicken With Mushrooms
This was excellent. I followed the advice of other reviewers and added more mushrooms, sauteeing them in oil and garlic first. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup. I accidentally put in too much chicken broth so it was a little runny. Next time I will add cornstarch. I also increased the cooking time by ten minutes and did not add the cheese until the last ten minutes. I served it over spaghetti and it was a hit!
