Chicken Fried Chicken
This was so easy and tasted AMAZING. I have never made fried chicken before so I was nervous, but it came out GREAT. It took me a really long time to crush up the crackers, but other than that I had no problems. I also took the advice of other reviewers and added a LOT more seasoned salt and some garlic powder, tasting as I went. I also pounded the chicken with a little water first, then coated it in flour, then egg, then the cracker mixture. This is definitely going to become a regular meal at my house.
