Cube Steak Parmesan
This was delicious. I didn't think saltines sounded good, so replaced those with Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs. Even before we ate, it smelled awesome. We also just used a jar of spaghetti sauce and used sprinkled mozzarella instead of sliced. We served over whole wheat angel hair pasta - easy, cheap and actually fairly healthy!

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
I made this for me and my boyfriend and he really liked it. I took the suggestions and added an extra tablespoon of soy sauce. I also used more than 5 cups of vegetables - my mixture had two zuchini, two yellow squash, 1 medium onion, two green peppers and a box of mushrooms. This was an awesome combination.
