This recipe was my guide in making these fresh out of the oven muffins. I used self-rising flour in place of all-purpose, which eliminated the need for baking powder and salt. I also replaced the regular milk with buttermilk. A pat of butter, a steaming cup of coffee and Oh My "Goodness"!
