Simply Fudgy Brownies

These are pretty good, expecially considering how easy they were to make. The only thing I would do different is add more chocolate chips to the top. I will for sure be making this recipe again.

Like some of the others I was nervous it was never going to stop being sticky, but it did and worked wonderfully. This was my first time making fondant and I think my cake turned out pretty great. I will be using this recipe again for sure!

Pumpkin Roll Cake

I had no problems with this recipe. It came out perfect. But I would recommend using a pillow case or like towel. A normal kitchen towel left fuzzies in my first one.

Holiday Shortbread Cookies

Delicious!!The only thing I will do different next time is spilt the full batch into two pans. They were very thick and I would prefer them to be thinner and more like cookies. These are some of the best shortbread cookies I've ever had!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

These lemon bars were delicious and very easy to make. The only problem I had was when I poured the lemon mixture onto the crust it was not on a level surface(stupid mistake) so I had some really thick bars and some with almost no lemon. But the recipe is great, I will be using it again for sure.

Snickerdoodles I

These were some of the best snickerdoodles I have had. They are perfectly soft in the middle and crisp around the edges. Everyone loved them!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Very good cookies! I used butter instead of margarine and extra crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy and they turned out great. If you want them to be more chewy bake them for ten minutes instead of 15.
