Self-Filled Cupcakes I
Okay these are a super simple and soo good! I agree with many others to use the mini chocolate chips, but I also doubled the filling recipe and put let batter in with each cupcake...mmm they were great! Best to eat about 5-10 minutes after they get out of the oven when the chocolate chips are still melty! Mmm loved it.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
Mmmmm!!! Okay so my hubby LOVES these!! They are his new fave!! He says they remind him of refined fair scone....(okay??!). They were perfect, just two things to note "not" to do...don't use unsalted butter, you need that salt or else it will just taste bland, also don't think your cute by making little cookies they tend to spread out and get too thin, make them a good healthy looking 1 inch to 1 inch and a 1/2. Good luck!

Spaghetti with Garlic and Basil
Mmmmm! Was great! At first it was a little lack luster but then I add some more cheese, I'd say about a 1/4 a cup more, halved grape tomatoes, sliced grilled chicken, (depending on the length) quartered, just warmed (on the grill) asparagus, and that was very good!
