This was wonderfully rich! I made this for Easter and it was a hit. I did not hand slice the potatoes, I used the smiply sliced potatoes (green package)....anything to save time when you are cooking a big meal. The only thing I would change is the amount of butter, if even adding butter at all. It just was a little on the greasey side.

This was a hit! I made this for easter and everyone was raving about the taste and the smell. I used a 9lb. ham instead of a 5lb. and there was plenty of sauce to cover the ham 3 times.

I just made this for easter and it was wonderful. I followed the recipe to a tee. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a different twist on the average asparagus.
