This tasted pretty good after adding a lot of salt and pepper. Without them, the sauce was quite bland.

This tasted good. However, the first time I made it, the dressing tasted bad. Then I noticed that my red wine vinegar had expired two months ago. So, people, check the expiration date on your vinegar! The next few times I made this dish it turned out fine. But I added a lot more parsley, more eggs, and left out the feta cheese. Thanks for sharing!
