Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

This sauce is amazing! I coated chicken with seasoned flour and cooked it in a pan and dipped it in the sauce and it was DELICIOUS! Can't wait to try the left overs with salmon for dinner!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

I love this recipe! My family has a tradtition of making this as an apetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. We serve it with a marble rye bread, We carve the loaf into a bowl, cut up the remainder bread and put the dip in the bowl. Always a favorite!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

WOW! I made this recipe and brought it to my nursing graduation pot luck. Fellow graduates and nursing instructors could not stop raving about this dish. It was the first dish that was GONE! I subsituted for granny smith apples, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It took me over an hour to cook the chips and cut all the fruits but it was well work it! Will definately make this again :)

Black Bean Salsa

Beautiful blend of colors and flavors! I didn't follow the recipe because I didn't have canned beans or corn on hand instead I used left over black beans that I bought dry and cooked, and I used frozen corn that I cooked and cooled. I also had left over cilantro that I chopped very finely (stems & all)and mixed it right in with the canned tomatoes. No seasonings needed! Can't wait to make it again for friends/family :)

AMAZING. I'm a college student and ended up not being able to go home for Easter dinner, so I made my own. I used the left over ham for this recipe and it was amazing. I ate this soup for a week and never got sick of it! Thank you!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This recipe is amazing! It's so easy and doesn't have many ingredients. I have never made anything so authentic tasting in my life! I've eaten it at least once a day until it was gone! I used this meat to make tacos like they do at las taquerias.... with fried corn tortillas and topped with chopped cilantro and chopped onion and salsa verde. AMAZING! Will definately make this recipe again and again. Thank you!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
