All I can say is this a a KEEPER... I have tried several granola bar recipes which were all good but,these are by far the best. I followed others adivce and used only 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup applesauce instead of the oil and I used 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. They turned out wonderful and they are very healthy which is always a plus. I am looking forward to trying these again and adding diferent things such as dried blueberries, orange crasions and the list could go on and on...
