Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
I hate frying bacon in a pan and usually just microwave it, but end up using a ton of paper towels. This was an easy, no-frills way to cook bacon. It came out AWESOME. I can't believe everybody doesn't do it this way. PS. I used thin-sliced bacon and the oven on 400 degrees.

Baked Potato Soup
Great flavor, but came out entirely too watery for my taste.

Potato Bacon Chowder
This recip was great. My family isn't fans of veggies, so I subbed in onion & celery powder. The flavor was great. Instead of boiling my potatoes, I baked them in a 350 degree oven, then peeled them. This recipe does not freeze well (like most potato soups) it comes out like mashed potatoes! :-/
