Oven-Baked Caramel French Toast
Very sweet but good with eggs and sausage to calm down all the sweet. I think next time I'll use 6 slices of thicker bread instead of 12 slices of thin bread. It was a little bit soggy, but not bad.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
I followed Merry Widow's modifications and it was amazing! I'm going to try it regular way another time but the modifications were verrrrry good! Thanks Merry Widow!

Jalapeno Chicken II
Really easy and yummy! My hubby and I both loved it! I wrapped two pieces of bacon around the chicken to keep the cream cheese from melting out.
