I am a huge fan of white gravy. My fiance made this tonight and it was amazing!! Rice, chicken, and country gravy.. The best simple comfort meal ever :) Great recipe... no more instant packets for us! Thanks so much for giving us a new staple recipe.

World's Best Potato Salad

Different and excellent! I'd agree with other reviews, too much sugar, but the hubby loved it that sweet. I added a tsp of dill.

Steak Tip Marinade

OH MY! This was absolutely wonderful. We used it on pork.. marinated it for about 2 hours and then baked it in the oven. Absolutely marvelous, I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Double-Cheese Eggs Benedict

I hate to do bad reviews because so many love this, but it just didn't do it for me. My boyfriend really liked it.. I thought it was bland. The only thing I did different was use regular mustard instead of Dijon because I didn't have it. At only 1/2 tsp I didn't think it'd make too much difference, but maybe that was it. Dishes I've had in restaurant definitely topped it.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

WOW! I seasoned the bread crumbs quite a bit and this was absolutely amazing. Although we used pork loin, it turned out wonderfully. This could possibly be my favorite main dish I've found on this site. YUM!!!!

Chicken Savoy

Delicious! I added more seasoning than called for and also marinated it in the mixture for an hour prior to baking. Worked wonderful with chicken breasts. I have made this twice in one month!
